City and Holland Reach Mutual Agreement

After three hours of deliberation in closed session, the City Council and Randy Holland came to a mutual agreement to end his employment as Johnson City Chief of Police at a special meeting held on Nov. 27 at Johnson City, City Hall. Holland accepted voluntary administrative leave effective until June 13, 2018 on which date he will honorably retire from Johnson City Police Department.
