Skimmer Suspects Wanted by Police

Andrei Tomescu, identified as the suspect installing skimmers in a Johnson City Bank ATM last week, is still wanted by Johnson City Police and Houston Police. Two suspects remain unidentified in the incident. Johnson City Police Chief, Randy Holland, reported they had issued four felony warrants for the seventeen year old Houston resident who installed skimmers in an ATM last week.
