Heart Healthy Sleep
Heart health and sleep presentation June 6 Hill Country Memorial will host “Healthy Sleep-Rested Heart,” a free heart health presentation at the Westside Park Community Hall on Tues., June 6. A complimentary lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m. followed by a presentation on the connection between sleep disorders and heart health. The presentation includes a question-and-answer session with HCM sleep technologist Theresa Cochran and cardiac rehabilitation nurse Patsy Glasscock.
