Appraisal Rates to Rise in 2017
The Blanco County Appraisal District is informing residents that they will see an increase in appraisal rates this year. Chief Appraiser Candice Fry said individuals soon should receive an appraisal notice from the Blanco County Appraisal District, and that all residential structures will see an increase of at least 5 percent this year due to the rising market value of the properties.
