Missing tail light leads to felony warrants
Johnson City Police Department has submitted arrest warrants for two suspects after a traffic stop on Monday night, December 19th where Johnson City Police Officer, John Pedraza discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia which qualifies the suspects for second degree felonies. According to a report from Johnson City Police Chief, Randy Holland, on December 19, 2016, Officer John Pedraza observed a Silver Chrysler Minivan with only one headlight traveling Northbound on Highway 281.
