Charles Jacob “Jake: Weirich Charles Jacob Weirich passed away in Austin, Texas on April 25, 2016 at St. David’s Medical Center after a courageous 36 day struggle in ICU. Charles was born on June 25, 1974 in Mc Allen, Texas. Jake will join his father Ralph Noel Weirich, and grandparents Paul and Opal Weirich in heaven.
