Sabinal came to town under threats of rain but soon found out their only threat was the Lady Eagles of Johnson City. Emily Matjeka took the mound for the Lady Eagles allowing only one run with 12 strikeouts. The Lady Eagles broke in their new field with Skylar McKennis hitting a Grand Slam in the first inning brining the score 4 to 0.
