Lady Eagles Lose 1, Win 2 in District Competition

The Lady Eagles played the first game of district against Harper at home last Friday night. The Lady Eagles could not get the bats going, scoring only one run for the game. Emily Matjeka was on the mound for Lady Eagles. Harper hit the ball well scoring 5 runs in the game. The Lady Eagles had several moments of good defense including two throw downs from catcher to third base but were not able to get the points on the board.
