Lois Frances Cortez, 80, of Johnson City, TX passed away January 1, 2015 at Lakeway Hospital. Lois was born in McComb, MS to Dewitt Foster and Lillian Lozane Jones Foster. After graduating high school in McComb she joined the Navy in 1952. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Alcario M.
