Reception To Honor Guthrie, Carter
Blanco County residents have an opportunity to bid farewell to outgoing County Judge Bill Guthrie and Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace Terry Carter on Dec. 22 at a reception slated for after the regular commissioners' court meeting. After decades of service, both are retiring. Guthrie has been in public service for decades, first as a justice of the peace and then as county judge.
