Two seats on the seven member Llano Independent School District Board of Trustees are up for election on Saturday, May 4. Place 1 incumbent Rob Wilson, a lawyer headquartered in Llano, is being challenged by Pamela Huston. Wilson has served on the LISD Board since 2015.
Place 5 incumbent Dean Campbell, a retired high school and college level coach, is being challenged by Reed Norman and Penny Wimberly. Campbell has served on the LISD Board since 2018.
The LISD early voting period ended on April 30. Polls will be open on Election Day, May 4, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Voters must cast ballots at their assigned Precinct location on Election Day. Precinct 109 residents will vote at Horseshoe Bay City Hall. Precinct 102 residents will vote at the Blue Lake Golf Course.
