Civic engagement at HSB POA gathering
It wasn’t an official meeting. There was no quorum to conduct business. But much occurred at Monday’s HSB Property Association’s gathering at an improperly noticed board of directors’ meeting. Board Members Chuck Haven and Maria West sat at the head table. Haven rose several minutes after the announced start time of 10 a.m.
