Four directors appointed to HSB POA board
The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association Board of Directors and the HSB POA’s attorney posed for a photo after the board meeting on April 21. Pictured front row, from left, are: Vice President Mary Daniel and Secretary Belinda Roberts. Pictured back row, from left, are: HSB POA attorney Mandy McCary, President Mike Thuss, Director Tom Engler and Treasurer Gail Morris. Two additional directors will be elected by the membership at a special election in June to bring the board to its full seven members.

First there were seven, then six, then three, then one. On Wednesday, that number increased to five with the appointment of Mary Daniel, Tom Engler, Gail Morris, and Belinda Roberts to serve varying terms on the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association Board of Directors. The HSB POA Bylaws call for seven members on its Board of Directors.
