The City of Horseshoe Bay City Council Meeting was held Tuesday, April 13, at 3 p.m. as an open meeting as well as available via ZOOM. Mayor Cynthia Clinesmith welcomed those in attendance and the invocation was given by Reverend Dr. Malcolm McQueen, senior pastor at The Church at Horseshoe Bay.
