2019 Prestigious HCBA Parade Home Tour Builder Participants Announced

The premier housing event of the year, the Hill Country Builders Association (HCBA) 2019 Prestigious Parade Home Tour, will take place the second and third weekends in October, showcasing twelve of the Hill Country’s most celebrated home builders.

When homeowners choose to call the Hill Country their forever place to live, choosing a builder is as personal as choosing the location.

Each building professional brings a relationship, style, quality and expertise that matches the purchasing homeowner, for the process usually takes 6-12 months to conceptualize, design and construct!

During the Parade Home Tour you get to meet both for all the homes in this year’s event are sold and custom designed for individuals just like you!

Homes will be open from 10:00A – 6:00P Friday-Saturday & 12:00P – 6:00P Sunday, October 11th – October 13th and Friday, October 18th through Sunday, October 20th. Please mark your calendar now so that you can experience the beauty of the richest sections of the Texas Hill Country and tour 14 beautiful fully furnished and decorated custom homes where the craftsmanship alone makes every one of these entries unique and worth seeing.

The Parade Home Tour custom homes range from $500K to $1.5M plus in value.
