Lady Panthers top Lago Vista in district opener

The Blanco volleyball team started District 25-3A play Friday, Sept. 24 with a match against the Lago Vista Lady Vikings. The Lady Panthers secured a 3-0 shutout win with set scores 25-19, 25-19, 25-21. Blanco improves to 21-6 overall and 1-0 in district. Emilee LaRue led the way with 13 kills and two aces, and also chipped in with 10 digs.
