County commissioners set tax rate, adopt FY 2021-22 budget
The Blanco County Commissioners set the tax rate and adopted a budget at their meeting Tuesday morning. The commissioners unanimously set the tax rate ate $0.3900 per $100 in valuation. Maintenance and operations was set at $0.3425 and debt services was set at $0.0475. The tax increase for the coming fiscal year is $970,999, an 11.7 percent increase from the previous fiscal year.
