Cross country kicks off 2021 slate in Kerrville
The Blanco cross country team officially started its season with a meet at Our Lady of the Hills High School in Kerrville Saturday, Aug. 14. Pictured, from left are: Chloe Luna, Riley Edmondson, Andrea Alegria, Addie Olinick, Kylene Kramer, Evelyn Trammell, Hayden Dotson, Sebastian Galvan, Valen Edwards, Sidney Johnson, Ella West and Coach Michael Seales. Trammell won the third place medal with a time of 14:11. Kramer placed fourth with a time of 14:25. Edmondson finished 18th in 16:06. Olinick was 20th in 17:06, Alegria was 21st in 17:09 and Edwards was 24th in 18:03. Dotson placed 7th with a time of 17:35 and Galvan was 12th at 18:43. The team competes this Friday, Aug. 20 at the Johnson City meet.
