Police department receives recognition
The Blanco Police Department received a recognition from the Texas Police Chiefs Association at the Aug. 10 city council meeting. The Police Chiefs Association Foundation presented Blanco Police Chief Scott Rubin its Best Practices Recognition. This accreditation process found that Blanco Police comply with the state’s rigorous standards for professional excellence.
