Blanco City Council amends MUD policy
Blanco could soon have an interim city administrator. Councilors voted to enter into negotiations to name Kelly Kuenstler interim city administrator at a lengthy July 13 meeting. She has served as a consultant to the city since this summer. Kuentsler opened her consultancy firm, City Hall Essentials, in January of this year.
