Peter John Foegelle was born on March 11, 1960 to William Victor Foegelle Sr. and Ella Jane (Richard) Foegelle in Laredo. He went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, with his wife at his side on May 11, 2021 in his home in Blanco, after struggling with ALS for seven years. Pete was preceded in death by his parents, William Victor Foegelle Sr.
