Panthers claim district baseball championship
Head baseball coach Bryan Wyatt received a plaque in recognition of his 700th coaching career win following the Ingram game Tuesday, April 27. The 700th win actually was recorded earlier this season March 4 with a 5-3 win against Marble Falls. Snow, ice, rain, quarantine and supply chain issues delayed the presentation. Assistant coach Logan Lucke had previously presented the game ball from March 4 to Coach Wyatt, so the presentation of the plaque was a well-deserved addition. Coach Wyatt said, “This was a surprise!” Wyatt is in his 36th year coaching and teaching with Blanco ISD.

Conner Chase picked up the win against Comfort going three innings and striking out three.
