Panthers punch ticket to state tournament
The Blanco High School boys golf team punched its ticket to the state tournament after placing third in the Region IV 3-A Tournament held at the Schreiner Golf Course in Kerrville Wednesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 22. The Blanco High School boys golf team punched its ticket to the state tournament. The Panthers placed third in the Region IV 3-A Tournament held at the Schreiner Golf Course in Kerrville April 21-22 with a two-day total of 678. Columbus shot 655 for first place and Llano finished second with 662. Individually, Blanco’s Jacob Gallas shot 73 on the first day and 75 on the second day on the par 70 course.
