County’s unemployment rate remains region’s lowest
Blanco County continues to have the lowest unemployment rate in the Rural Capital Area of Central Texas, according to figures released last week by the Texas Workforce Commission. The county’s unemployment rate rose slightly from February to March, from 4.0 to 4.1 percent, according to figures released this month by the TWC.
