Lady Panthers throttle Ingram in district opener

The Blanco softball team started its District 25-3A schedule last Friday with a 20-3 three inning run-rule win against Ingram. The win moved the Lady Panthers to 7-8 overall and 1-0 in district play. Lily Porter earned the win in the pitching circle. She faced 18 batters and struck out two. Catherine Seymour led the Panthers at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a single, a double and three RBI.
