Elrod advances to state
Kiley Elrod competed last Saturday at the Texas Women’s Powerlifting Region 2 Meet at Dublin. Elrod placed first in her weight class with a total lift of 915 pounds. Elrod posted a squat of 400 pounds, a bench press of 215 pounds and a dead lift of 300 pounds, and will advance to the state meet at the Corpus Christi Convention Center March 17-18.

Elrod placed first in her weight class with a total lift of 915 pounds. Elrod posted a squat of 400 pounds, a bench press of 215 pounds and a dead lift of 300 pounds.
