City overcame challenges to get water restored

No one in Blanco will forget when the taps went dry. It was just one of a myriad of hardships experienced by Texans during the historic winter storm. A city official said on Monday that water service is back to normal for around 99 percent of the city’s water customers. “All of our approximately 1,200 water customers lost water due to a complete outage,” said City of Blanco Administrator Will Daves.
