On Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021, Ruby Pearl Barnard, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, peacefully went to be with the Lord at the age of 88. One of eight children, Ruby was born in Lanesville, Illinois, to Delmar and Pearl (Castleman) Rogers. She is survived by one brother, Delmar Rogers; her four children, Pamela Mandel and husband Richard, Michael Kitchen and wife Jennifer, Howard Kitchen and wife Debbie, and Diane Kitchen, her devoted caretaker for the past six years.
