City council approves speed reduction on half mile of Loop 163
The Blanco City Council meeting was called to order on Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Old Blanco County Courthouse by Mayor Pro Tem Martin Sauceda. All council members, Deda Divine, Matt Lewis, Keith McClellan and Mike Smith, were present. Sauceda said that construction of the new water plant is underway and is expected to take 18 months.
