Meier honored with prestigious conservation teaching award
Pam Meier, center, Blanco Middle School teacher, was honored as Outstanding Conservation Teacher for 2020 by the state’s Zone 2 conservation districts. Pam Meier’s dedication to teaching in the area of conservation earned her a hefty piece of hardware. Meier, a teacher at Blanco Middle School, was awarded the Outstanding Conservation Teacher for 2020 for Zone 2 soil and water conservation districts. She was presented the honor at a January meeting of the Blanco ISD board of trustees. The Pedernales Soil and Water Conservation District nominated Meier for the award.
