HONORING THEIR LEGACY
Wreath retirement went on as scheduled, Saturday, Jan. 30, at cemeteries in Blanco County where wreaths were placed on veterans’ graves in December for Wreaths Across America. Ethan Morash, great grandson of Helen and Alvin Knoll, pictured above, helped out with the event. He was joined by Scout Troop 497, along the Herdens, Wagners, Andersons, Felps, Rusts, Fortunes, Gosnell and Knolls. A big thank you to county commissioner Tommy Weir for hauling off the wreaths.
