It is with extreme sorrow that we announce the passing of Lucia Herrera Avila. She passed at 5 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2021, at the age of 49. She was surrounded by her family (both virtually and in person). Lucia was born in Santa Maria De La Paz Zacatecas, Mexico on March 25,1971 to Manuel and Louisa Herrera.
