Panthers topple Warriors, Vikings for 2-0 district mark

The Blanco boys basketball team jumped out to a 2-0 District 25-3A record last week with wins over Ingram and Lago Vista. The Panthers rolled past the Warriors, 85-44, on Jan. 12, and earned a 90-69 win against the Vikings last Friday. Blanco improved to 13-1 overall with the pair of victories. Against the Warriors, the Panthers built a seven-point lead, 19-12, in the first quarter.
