Phillip Dale Hartmann
Phillip Dale Hartmann, age 65 of San Antonio and Blanco, passed away Dec. 23, 2020. Phillip was born in San Antonio on Aug. 9, 1955 to Francis and Gertrude Hartmann. Phil attended Churchill High School and received his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. Phil had a long career and retired from USAA, and was the long-standing president of Hermann Sons Lodge at Twin Sisters.
