The Blanco Coalition on Awareness, Prevention, and Treatment of Substance Abuse (CoAPT) meeting was called to order by Amber Corder, project coordinator, at 9:02 a.m. on Nov. 18 via Zoom. Coalition members brainstormed ideas for recruiting sectors and members. Strong representation from the different sectors in the upcoming months is needed.
