Jimmy Dale Carter
Jimmy Dale Carter, 82, passed away Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at his home in Blanco. Jimmy was born March 5, 1938 in Wichita Falls, to Henry and Estell (Knowles) Carter. Jimmy retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of proud service to his country. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Doris Lee (Waggaman) Carter.
