Lady Panthers win BC Softball Classic
The Lady Panther softball team won the Blanco County Softball Classic this past weekend. The trophy, shaped like Blanco County with a Panther and an Eagle, was designed by Aqua Power Cutting of Blanco. Owners Thadius and B.J. The Lady Panthers won the Blanco County Softball Classic this past weekend going 5-0 though out the three day tournament Thursday, March 5 through Saturday, March 7. The Lady Panthers co-host the tournament with the Johnson City Lady Eagles. During the three day tournament, fourteen teams played over 40 games of softball at the Blanco softball field and the Johnson City softball field.
