Plaza medals at regional meet
Cirina Plaza, Coach Pete Rhoades, Kiley Elrod and Savannah Greene traveled to the Region 2 Division 3 Powerlifting Meet at Academy Saturday, March 7.

Three Lady Panther powerlifters competed at the Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Region 2 Division 3 Meet at Academy Saturday, March 7. Cirina Plaza received a medal for her fourth place finish in her class with a total lift of 860 pounds. Plaza lifted 330 pounds on squat, 205 pounds on bench press and 325 pounds on deadlift. Savannah Greene placed sixth in her class with a total lift of 790 pounds.
