3 Lady Panthers qualify for regional meet

Three Lady Panther powerlifters have qualified for the Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Association Region 2 Division 3 Powerlifting Meet at Academy High School at Little River Academy Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7. In order to qualify for the regional meet, a lifter must finish in the top 12 in Region 2 in their weight class. Cirina Plaza, a Blanco junior, finished third in the standings with a total lift of 840 pounds.
