Melba Laverne Miller Cowsert
Melba Laverne Miller Cowsert passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020. Born to Jack and Vera Miller on Oct. 27, 1920 in Joshua, she grew up in Burleson with her sister Jackie (Jacqueline), brother Buddy (Whit) and lifelong friend Genevieve Harris. At an early age she developed a passion for horses.
