Deana Jo Bindseil Pepper
Deana Jo Bindseil Pepper went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2020. Deana Jo was born to Robert Lee Bindseil and Clara Jo Bindseil on Oct. 13, 1967 in Fredericksburg. She was the youngest of four children and resided in Blanco, where she graduated in 1986. Deana Jo married Randall Handberry in 1988 and had three children, daughter, Ashley Handberry; son, Jordan Handberry; and daughter, Jacie Handberry.
