Pipeline construction looks likely for Hill Country in 2020
The Hill Country is preparing for the Kinder Morgan Permian Highway Pipeline to begin construction. Kinder Morgan is still waiting on the its federal permit approval, but expects to receive it in early 2020, according to Allen Fore, Kinder Morgan vice president of public affairs. About 99 percent of the land has already been acquired and everything is ready to go for the PHP, Fore said.
