Blanco girls topple Bulldogs, Texans

The Lady Panther basketball team tallied two wins this past week before the Thanksgiving break with a 47-39 victory against the Yoakum Bulldogs Tuesday, Nov. 26 and 52-40 win over the Wimberley Texans Monday, Nov. 25. The Bulldogs took an early lead 15-12 at the end of the first quarter. Scoring was scarce for both teams in the second quarter with Blanco making six points to Yoakum’s five.
