Ada Franke Cooley of Blanco passed away Dec. 2, 2019 at the age of 100. Ada was a member of the Blanco United Methodist Church, The Blanco – Spring Branch Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Ground Observers Corp During World War II in which she earned her wings. Ada was born to Bernhardt “Ben” and Ella Nickel Franke on March 28, 1919.
