Panther Basketball Wins Season Opener over Hawks

The Panther basketball team played their season opener at the BHS gym Tuesday, Nov. 19, taking a 68-63 win over the Canyon Lake Hawks. Both teams shot well in the first quarter with Blanco leading 24-20 at the end of the quarter. The Panthers continued the scoring pace adding another 19 in the second, and holding the Hawks to 11.
