P&Z Commission sets task force to discuss mixed-use zoning areas
Mixed use zoning issues were discussed at the September meeting of the Blanco Planning and Zoning Commission. Commissioners discussed that the term mixed-use needs to be cleaned up and defined clearly. It also needed to be decided if mixed-use will be used in the future. David Smith, commission chair, suggested establishing a task force to establish the meanings.
