JV Football Ties With Bulldogs
Blanco Middle School cheerleaders and football players sing the school song at the end of the BMS pep rally on Thursday, Sept. 13.
The Blanco junior varsity football team played at Marion on Thursday, Sept. 13. The defensive battle ended in a 0-0 tie. Blanco moved the ball well in the first half, but couldn’t get much offense going in the second half. Some untimely penalties stopped drives. Marion moved the ball inside the 20-yard line several times, but the Panthers were able to stop the Bulldogs on downs or turnovers. The junior varsity plays a home game against Randolph on Thursday, Sept.
