Ask any Blanco ISD teacher or school administrator and you will quickly learn about the high usage rates of electronic cigarettes or ‘vapes’ by our Blanco teens. Unfortunately, many teenagers seem to think that ‘vaping’ is safe compared to smoking traditional cigarettes.
