Blanco Reaches Settlement with Stallion Estates
At the Dec. 12, 2017 meeting of the governing body of Blanco, Mayor Martha Herden issued the following statement notifying residents of a settlement with Stallion Estates regarding water service to Cielo Springs: “The city of Blanco and Stallion Estates, Inc. have amicably resolved the dispute that resulted in litigation between the parties.
