Kendalia Home to Nationally Recognized Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Center
Neighboring Kendalia is home to a nationally recognized animal rescue, rehabilitation hospital and facilities, and animal sanctuary that took in 10,000 animals this year. Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation has served native and non-native animals for the past 40 years. The majority of animals are rescued as orphans, or are injured and displaced wildlife that can be returned to the wild.
